The Barnes Journal

The morning after Halloween, we headed to Austin. I had an appointment to start my tattoo laser removal treatment so we thought we'd make a weekend trip out of it and try and take Braeden to the zoo while we were there. So we get there and realize that the city zoo is non-existent, but we found a privately owned zoo that was great. They had peacocks roaming the picnic area, a train that that went on a nice ride around the property, a decent amount of animals and even a petting zoo! Braeden loved feeding the animals! I didn't get any pictures of him on the train, but maybe we'll go back and try again!

This was on the drive home. It was a long weekend...
